Mar 25, 2013 @ 2:44pm i love the brits, with their civ unique longbowman, i find that they can be quite effective, even outranging castles and any other unit except the trebs. only problem is the long flight time of their arrows, makes shooting an enemy not goign towards you very difficult.. Almost every civilization in age of empire iii, including the expansion pack, carries its own pros and cons! the 8 (european) +2 (aztec) + 3 (asian) civilizations are a good spread of the different cultures that competed for the new world, and asian maps.. I only played age of empires (1997 game) ii single player but a friend once told me that the teutons were incredibly imbalanced due to their feared dark age tower rush strategy..
